2016年4月7日凌晨,中(zhong)鐵城投集團(tuan)投融(rong)資建設的成都地鐵7號線(xian)西南交大(da)站至九里(li)堤站右線(xian)暗挖(wa)區間(jian)5號洞貫(guan)通(tong),至此該區間(jian)雙線(xian)隧(sui)道正洞全線(xian)貫(guan)通(tong)。
西南交(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)站(zhan)至九里堤站(zhan)區間(jian)(jian)為存車(che)折返線(xian),全長504.4米,隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)斷(duan)面大(da)(da),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)馬蹄(ti)形斷(duan)面暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)施(shi)工(gong)。區間(jian)(jian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)在(zai)地(di)下(xia)(xia)7米至10米深度掘進(jin),穿越富水砂卵石地(di)層,地(di)質條件(jian)差、埋(mai)深淺;下(xia)(xia)穿路段交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)繁(fan)忙(mang)、管線(xian)密布(bu)、建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物密集,施(shi)工(gong)環境復雜,開挖(wa)(wa)難度大(da)(da),被列為成(cheng)(cheng)都地(di)鐵在(zai)建(jian)(jian)難度最大(da)(da)工(gong)點。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵城投集團組織專家(jia)論證,決定采(cai)(cai)取(qu)下(xia)(xia)穿重大(da)(da)風險點時采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)機械開挖(wa)(wa)配合的方式,嚴格控制開挖(wa)(wa)進(jin)尺,加強地(di)表沉(chen)降監測,實(shi)時監控。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵十(shi)局二公(gong)司成(cheng)(cheng)都地(di)鐵項目部(bu)在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),首次在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都地(di)區采(cai)(cai)取(qu)大(da)(da)斷(duan)面側壁導(dao)坑(keng)(keng)淺埋(mai)富水暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)技術,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)雙側壁導(dao)坑(keng)(keng)法分(fen)六步開挖(wa)(wa),攻克大(da)(da)斷(duan)面地(di)鐵區間(jian)(jian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)難關,經過16個月(yue)奮戰(zhan),成(cheng)(cheng)功穿過地(di)面建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)密集區、交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)主干道(dao)、二環路高架、200V電(dian)力隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)等一級安全風險源,確保(bao)了圍巖穩(wen)定和施(shi)工(gong)安全,順利(li)實(shi)現區間(jian)(jian)全線(xian)洞通(tong),為成(cheng)(cheng)都地(di)鐵7號線(xian)10月(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)旬全線(xian)洞通(tong)提供了保(bao)障。
